Privacy policy

What SLV collects

We collect account information such as email, display name and account identifiers; shipping contact details; listings, photos, messages, reviews, disputes and safety reports; and order, refund, payout, label and tracking records.

Payment card details are collected by Stripe's payment interface. SLV does not receive or store complete card numbers or security codes.

How information is used

We use information to operate accounts and the shop, process physical-goods orders, calculate tax and shipping, prevent fraud, provide support, enforce safety standards, comply with law and improve reliability.

Service providers and disclosures

We use Supabase for authentication, database, storage and server functions; Stripe for payments and SLV payouts; Shippo and carriers for rates, labels and tracking; and hosting providers for the website and app services. We disclose only the information needed for those services, safety, legal compliance or a business transaction.

Retention and deletion

You can request account deletion in the SLV app. We remove personal storage and disable shop access. We may retain anonymized order, tax, fraud, refund, payout, dispute and moderation records where reasonably required for legal, financial and safety obligations.

Your choices

You can update account information, report content, block another user and delete your account in the app. Contact us for access, correction or privacy questions. SLV does not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.

Security, children and changes

We use access controls, encrypted network connections and restricted server credentials. No system is completely secure. SLV is not directed to children. We will post material policy changes here and update the effective date.
