Include the useful details

Your SLV account email, but never your password.
The order, listing or conversation identifier.
A concise description and relevant dates.
Photos or carrier details when they help explain an order issue.

Urgent safety reports

Use the Report and Block controls in the SLV app so the exact listing, message or account reaches the private moderation queue. Also email support if there is an immediate safety concern. Do not use SLV to report an emergency; contact local emergency services.

Account and privacy

Account deletion is available in the app under Account. For privacy access or correction requests, email support from the address associated with the account. Read the Privacy Policy and Shop Terms.
