Using SLV
You must provide accurate information, protect your account and be legally able to enter a purchase contract. Do not use SLV for unlawful activity, abuse, impersonation, fraud or interference with the service.
Listings and vintage condition
SLV sources and sells every listed item. We describe authenticity, material condition, measurements, visible defects, price and fulfillment as accurately as reasonably possible. Buyers should review the complete listing before purchase and ask support about anything material that is unclear.
Payments, shipping and returns
SLV orders are for physical goods. Stripe processes payment and payouts to SLV. Shippo and carriers provide shipping services. The checkout total, shipping, tax, refund eligibility and delivery information shown for an order govern that transaction. Carrier estimates are not guarantees.
User content and safety
You retain rights in content you submit and grant SLV permission to host, display and process it to operate the shop. Do not post hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, harassing, infringing or deceptive content. Users can report content and block users. SLV may review, restrict or remove content and accounts to protect the service.
Disputes and account action
Contact support promptly about an order problem and preserve relevant evidence. SLV may hold, limit or terminate access when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention or violations of these terms. Account deletion does not erase records that must be retained for financial, legal or safety purposes.
Service and liability
Vintage goods naturally vary and may show age or wear disclosed in the listing. To the extent permitted by law, SLV is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated, and liability is limited to the amount permitted by applicable law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
